By accessing or registering for the "Solar Irradiance and PV Monitoring Dashboard" ("Dashboard"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Dashboard.

1. Access & Registration

  1. Access to the Dashboard is restricted to registered users. All registration requests must be approved by the site administrator.
  2. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Permitted Use

  1. You may view, analyze, and download (in formats provided) real-time and historical solar irradiance and PV system performance data solely for your own use.
  2. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
    • Copying, scraping, or extracting data for redistribution or commercial purposes.
    • Reverse-engineering the Dashboard software or underlying APIs.
    • Sharing your account credentials or otherwise granting Dashboard access to unauthorized parties.

3. Intellectual Property

  1. All software, designs, graphics, code, and data visualizations comprising the Dashboard are the sole property of the dataset provider ("Provider").
  2. No ownership rights are transferred. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Provider.

4. Privacy & Data

  1. The Provider collects personal information you supply at registration and usage metadata necessary for Dashboard operation and security.
  2. Use of personal data is governed by the Provider's Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  1. The Dashboard and all data and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, uptime, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Dashboard, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  3. Users assume all responsibility for verifying and validating the Dashboard data for their intended applications.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

  1. The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, without notice, for violation of these terms or misuse of the Dashboard.

7. Governing Law & Contact

  1. These terms are governed by the laws of ACT, Australia.
